In order to provide our customers with the best possible support, it is often necessary to look at a screen together and see errors or explain administration steps to the customer. To avoid having to arrange an on-site appointment, we use the remote support options via PC-Visit. In consultation with us, you can use the button below to start the session. The required program is downloaded and only needs to be started by you (no installation required)!
Of course, you have to agree to every contact attempt first, you can see what we are doing and you can end the session at any time.

Passwordless login
This video demonstrates how to log in without a password, using only a passkey. Existing customers are welcome to switch to this new method; for security reasons, this method is always set up for new customers. The customer receives a corresponding USB security key on request - alternatively, they can also use a smartphone to store a passkey.
