PHI - Peter Heck stands for customer orientation, reliability and the will for absolute quality!
Of course, there are many competitors offering comparable services. So why should you put your trust in us? We do not see ourselves primarily as a provider of products or services, but as a partner to our customers, helping them to achieve their corporate goals. As a small provider with a manageable number of customers, the individual customer and their goals are always our top priority. Requests are accepted on the same day as far as possible and (in the case of minor changes) are dealt with on the same day. But even with more extensive changes or new projects, you won’t have to wait long for implementation. In the relationship between client and contractor, trust is the basis for long-term cooperation. It is therefore important to us to work with our customers as equals and to understand their business objectives. This is the only way we can offer added value for our customers! Customer satisfaction is our maxim! But prompt implementation of customer wishes does not mean that we disregard quality. Our aim is to deliver the highest possible quality and to always work strategically to improve this. An example of this is the strategic realignment to Bricks as a page builder in 2024, as this is the only way to develop semantically clean. The highest quality is therefore essential for us, as it is the only way to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction!
